Overview
Alison joined Shining Stars Fostering Agency in April 2018 as a final year Social Work student and completed her ‘100 days’ work placement with us. After she completed her Social Work degree she joined us as a full time Supervising Social Worker in October 2018.
She previously worked for Microsoft Corporation (USA) and Korn Ferry International (USA) as a Contract Manager. She has always been actively involved in various community projects which united corporate purposes to serve, providing experts and executives to train, support and work to improve the digital awareness of many underprivileged communities.
Her hobbies include attending the Centre for Young Musicians where she plays the piano and flute. She was tutored by Sir James Galloway “The Man with the Golden Flute.” Alison was also a member of the London Youth Philharmonic Orchestra and performed at the Royal Albert Hall, the Barbican Centre and the Royal Festival Hall.
