Shabnam is the Responsible Individual. Shabnam is a qualified Social Worker to Masters Level registered with the Health Care and Professionals Council (HCPC) and has a level 5 qualification in Management.
Shabnam has over 12 year’s employment history in both fostering settings and statutory roles and running a Fostering Consultancy Service. The Responsible Individual is a highly enthusiastic and motivated professional, with a real interest in helping children, young people and their families. She possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a highly organised and systematic approach to work.
Prior to joining Shining Stars Fostering the Responsible Individual was a Registered Manager of an Independent Fostering Agency and has experience of managing other managers and senior staff at the operational level.
